Abstract:

This is the first study reporting the CRISPR-Cas12a-based electrochemical sensor for TB. The developed CRISPR-Cas12a endonuclease-based electrochemical biosensor provides a potentially powerful platform for the accurate detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
