# Solid-state Battery Cycling and EIS Data This dataset contains the cycling performance and EIS data of commercial solid-state cells (TDK Ceracharge) tested under controlled conditions. The data is intended for battery modeling, capacity diagnose and prediction, and reproducibility in electrochemical research. — ## Dataset Contents The dataset includes the .mpr files, which are named after the format: | File Name | Description ||———–|————-|| `Cell001_Form_20uA_25T_30RH_Cycle1to10_02_GCPL_CA1.mpr` | cell number, test phase (formation or further cycling), current, environment temperature in grad celsius, relative humidity in percentage, cycle range, step number in biologic test design, biologic technique type and biologic test channel | — ## Test Setup – **Cell Type**: TDK Ceracharge solid state battery- **Manufacturer**: TDK Electronics- **Test Equipment**: Biologic BCS-810- **Temperature**: 25 ± 1 °C (chamber controlled)- **Charge Protocol**: CC-CV to 2.4 V, cutoff at 10uA- **Discharge Protocol**: CC-CV to 0V- **Cycle Count**: 0 to 100 – EIS range: 10 kHz to 10mHz — ## Data Format .mpr files: raw test data .mps files: the measurement setting files — ## License This dataset is shared under the **Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)** license.
